{"id":1807,"date":"2020-04-16T08:22:05","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T07:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mar-pla.com\/?p=1807"},"modified":"2020-04-16T14:06:14","modified_gmt":"2020-04-16T13:06:14","slug":"que-faras-quan-acabi-el-confinament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mar-pla.com\/ca\/que-faras-quan-acabi-el-confinament\/","title":{"rendered":"QU\u00c8 FAR\u00c0S QUAN ACABI EL CONFINAMENT?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En \u00e8poques de gran activitat o d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 mental, quan prepares ex\u00e0mens, tens un fill petit o est\u00e0s immers en un projecte exigent, es produeix un fenomen com\u00fa: el cap se t\u2019omple de idees de \u201ctot all\u00f2 que estaria fent si no fos que no puc\u201d. Per mi \u00e9s un cl\u00e0ssic i en la fantasia m\u2019imagino fent all\u00f2 que, en realitat, no he fet mai i que ara se\u2019m presenta com imprescindible. I el desig \u00e9s tan potent, que la sensaci\u00f3 de veure\u2019m limitada per la manca de temps m\u2019envaeix de frustraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s possible que, en temps de coronavirus, aquest sentiment creixi desmesuradament i ens generi malestar. Molts clients comenten aquests dies que el confinament ha arribat \u201cjustament ara que&#8230; \u201c (iniciava un projecte, volia fer esport, estalviava per viatjar, etc.). Si sents que la pand\u00e8mia t\u2019ha agafat en un moment de la vida en tenies altres plans \u00e9s una bona senyal: tens plans! Per\u00f2 tenir plans no \u00e9s suficient, la gr\u00e0cia \u00e9s dur-los a terme.<\/p>\n<p>La vida (fora de casa) tornar\u00e0, i amb ella la possibilitat de fer activitats.\u00a0 Per\u00f2 llavors, quan torni aquesta \u201cvida desitjada\u201d, ens recordarem de seguir projectant els nostres desitjos? O tornarem a la rutina esperant tornar a estar limitats per tenir il\u00b7lusions?<\/p>\n<p>Per tal de mantenir viu aquest impuls creador, augmentar la possibilitat de materialitzar-ho i reduir la frustraci\u00f3 de l\u2019espera, et proposo el seg\u00fcent exercici:<\/p>\n<p>Agafa un paper i un boligraf, i fes una llista de totes les coses que voldries fer o canviar de la teva vida per\u00f2 que degut al confinament no pots dur a terme. Escriu-les totes, com m\u00e9s millor, evitant el judici (\u201cno puc\u201d, \u201cno \u00e9s important\u201d, \u201cno m\u2019ho mereixo\u201d, etc.). Aquest petit acte pot ajudar-te a gestionar la frustraci\u00f3 sabent que, quan aix\u00f2 passi, podr\u00e0s recuperar all\u00f2 que desitjaves. El cervell no distingeix realitat de fantasia, i el sol fet de imaginar un bany a la platja o una reuni\u00f3 amb persones que estimes genera endorfines i serotonina, les hormones de la felicitat i el benestar.<\/p>\n<p>Rellegeix la llista i imagina que ja est\u00e0s realitzant aquestes activitats. Dona\u2019t uns segons per prendre consci\u00e8ncia de com et sents amb cada una d\u2019elles.<\/p>\n<p>Agafa uns retoladors o llapis de colors, i marca:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amb un color les activitats que, al imaginar-les, t\u2019envaeixen emocions agradables com la il\u00b7lusi\u00f3, alegria, motivaci\u00f3, desig, plaer, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amb un color diferent, les propostes que nom\u00e9s depenen de tu, i que pots fer sense recursos externs (econ\u00f2mics, humans, de context, etc.), nom\u00e9s amb els recursos interns dels que ja disposes. Pots repetir activitats i, de fet, \u00e9s probable que algunes activitats tinguin diferents colors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subratlla les activitats o accions que, si les fessis, canviaria el to emocional de la teva vida. No cal que siguin grans coses, a vegades introduir petits canvis o novetats pot ser revolucionari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marca d\u2019un altre color aquelles coses que, de fer-les, beneficiaria tamb\u00e9 a les persones que t\u2019estimes (directe o indirectament a trav\u00e9s de la teva millora). I d\u2019aquestes, adona\u2019t de les que afecten no nom\u00e9s al teu entorn sin\u00f3 que contribueixen a fer un m\u00f3n millor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, subratlla les accions que, en aquest moment de confinament, ja has comen\u00e7at a fer i que, per tant, el cam\u00ed ja est\u00e0 encetat i la teva voluntat \u00e9s \u201cnom\u00e9s\u201d mantenir-les.<\/p>\n<p>Revisa la llista i ordena-les tenint en compte els colors: les propostes que tenen alguna marca segurament seran priorit\u00e0ries, m\u00e9s assequibles o motivadores.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop ordenada la llista, revisa si vols fer algun canvi (potser hi ha activitats que no has marcat i ara et semblen importants, o al rev\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, agafa les cinc primeres accions i escriure-les a un altre full. Pots tenir-les presents aquests dies que queden de confinament per anar pensant com i quan les vols dur a terme. Modifica-les, amplia-les o redueix-les quan tu vulguis, per\u00f2 no les oblidis. Aviat, quan tanquem finestres i obrim les portes, aquesta llista ser\u00e0 el teu full de ruta.<\/p>\n<p>Si per alguna cosa volem que ens serveixi aquesta experi\u00e8ncia devastadora \u00e9s per poder transformar les nostres vides amb les circumst\u00e0ncies que tenguem. No sabem cap a on anir\u00e0 el m\u00f3n despr\u00e9s del coronavirus (o cap on est\u00e0 anant ja) per\u00f2 si que podem fomentar que la nostra rutina sigui el m\u00e9s semblant possible a all\u00f2 que somiam quan ens falta temps, que per desgr\u00e0cia \u00e9s molt sovint.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si sents que la pand\u00e8mia t\u2019ha agafat en un moment de la vida en tenies altres plans \u00e9s una bona senyal: tens plans!
